Your rights
With regard to the data processing described below, users and data subjects have the right to: confirmation of whether data concerning them is being processed and copies of that data (Art. 15 GDPR); correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR); immediate deletion of data concerning them (Art. 17 GDPR), or restriction of processing where deletion is not yet possible (Art. 18 GDPR); data portability (Art. 20 GDPR); and filing complaints with the supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
Under Art. 21 GDPR, users and data subjects also have the right to object to future processing of their data pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.
Data processing: general
Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for its storage ceases to apply, provided the deletion is not in breach of any statutory storage obligations or unless otherwise stipulated below.
Server data
For technical reasons, the following data sent by your internet browser to us or to our server provider will be collected, especially to ensure a secure and stable website: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, pages visited on our site, date and time of your visit, and the IP address from which you visited.
The data thus collected will be temporarily stored, but not in association with any other of your data. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality, and security of our website.
The data will be deleted within no more than seven days, unless continued storage is required for evidentiary purposes, in which case it will be excluded from deletion until the relevant incident is finally resolved.
SalesViewer®
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator's legitimate interests (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR) for marketing, market research and optimisation purposes. A JavaScript-based code captures company-related data and corresponding website usage. The data captured is encrypted via a non-retrievable one-way function (hashing), immediately pseudonymised, and is not used to identify website visitors personally.
The data stored by SalesViewer® will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain it. You may opt out at any time with immediate effect by visiting salesviewer.com/opt-out. An opt-out cookie will be saved on your device; if you delete your cookies you will need to opt out again.
Contact forms & email
If you contact us via email or a contact form, the data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.
Your data will be deleted once we have fully answered your inquiry and there is no further legal obligation to store it, such as if an order or contract resulted therefrom.
